This Privacy Policy explains how AKS Studio ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Daily Vibes mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Daily Vibes does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any zodiac/birth information you enter is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any server we control.
Like most free, ad-supported apps, Daily Vibes uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical information to operate and to serve advertising. This is collected by our service providers (primarily Google), not directly by AKS Studio.
| Data type | Purpose | Collected by |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID | Showing and personalizing ads, measuring ad performance | Google AdMob |
| Device information (model, OS version, general location from IP) | Ad delivery, fraud prevention, app diagnostics | Google AdMob / Google Play Services |
| App interaction events (e.g. ad impressions, crashes) | Improving app stability and ad performance | Google AdMob / Google Play Services |
| Notification permission status | Sending the optional daily reminder notification | Stored locally on your device only |
Daily Vibes displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and other technical data to show ads, including personalized ads based on your interests, unless you have limited ad tracking in your device settings.
You can learn more about how Google collects and uses data in connection with AdMob here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
If you enable the optional daily reminder, Daily Vibes schedules a local notification on your device at your chosen time. This does not involve sending your data to any external server — it is handled entirely by your device's operating system. You can disable this at any time in the App or in your device's notification settings.
Daily Vibes is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
We do not sell your personal information. Limited technical data (as described in Section 2) is shared with Google as our advertising service provider, subject to Google's own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.
We do not operate our own servers that store personal data collected from the App. Any data processed for advertising purposes is retained by Google in accordance with Google's own retention policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data. Because most technical data is processed by Google on our behalf, you can exercise many of these rights directly through your device's ad settings, or by contacting Google. You can also contact us using the details below with any privacy-related questions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
